Week Four

By now you should be starting to feel and notice more space in your life (energetically) , less agitation, pressure and anxiety to be someone that you have been thinking you should be.

But, this is the point where many people fall back into old habits, behaviours, ways of feeling just because there is nothing to replace it yet.
